Return & Refund Policy
Customers have the right to return products within 20 days of receiving the order, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
the item must be unused and in its original condition
the item must be free of pet hair, odors, stains, or damage.
Items that have been used by pets or show signs of wear are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7 days.
